Anyone experience issues in messaging their entire group?
We’re new to Down to Meet and occasionally need to send mass messages to our entire group (e.g. membership renewal). We’ve tried the message to all members several times and see the message successful sent dialogue from Down to Meet but no one in the group ever gets these messages.
Tried reaching out to Down to Meet help, but never got a response there.
Yes I currently cant get into my own group pages to even set an event. Cannot get into the members list to contact them and let them know what the issues are. I have tried every which way to contact the Downtomeet team, emails, facebook, everything and havent had any replies. None of my members can even get into the group at all. It is worse on phones and ipads. I can get in a bit further on my laptop. It would be good to hear from the organisers about what is going on and what is being done. It is frustrating. We have resorted to using whatsapp groups which I never knew about before. Another I have looked at is Haylo but that is in the US and the dates are back to front for us here in the UK.
