Location based Event Discovery

Is it possible to modify the Discovery pages to only show locally-based event? Perhaps have a drop down where we can choose radial distance from our own location.

I have no interested in seeing events in Bangalore or Australia, but might be interested in seeing a more locally sourced data set of events and groups.

The new Discover page should go live next week.

I appreciate the ability to search based on location now, but why can’t the Discovery page default at “nearest within 50miles (for example)” to my own zip/post code which is in my signed in profile?
