My members cannot get onto the site to see what events are there. It wont let me add any new events. Trying to get on via phone or ipad is impossible. I have got further in on my laptop but cannot access my members details to let them know what is happening. I have tried contacting the team at Downtomeet but nobody gets back to me. I have emailed them and tried Facebook without success. You would think they would try and get a message out to everyone about what is happening instead of leaving us all in the dark.
It must be a few days now since it broke and my group are now using whatsapp but that is only for members I had the details of already.
I now see that the AI message on Google says there is a problem and to contact the team but I have done that without any feedback.
19th April We’ve had the same kind of problem. DTM certainly doesnt seem to work on phones

Very sure this is the same for everyone. So glad I still have my Meetup organizer subscription. Sad it ran so smooth and better than Meetup before Apr 19.
Some things seem to be working better than they were a few days ago. This current issue has been going on for over a week now. I thought my members were out of range of what was possible but I have found a way to contact them. You click on activity down the right hand side. The part where it had been telling you when a member had clicked to say they were going. If you click at the bottom it will open all activity and if you click on one of those members it will open up their profile where you can click to contact them.
I have tried this with a member I already had the phone number for and she confirmed that she had had the message from me via downtomeet.
This helps because it is a way to get a message to all members to let them know what the situation is.
What difference does it make now, in the midst of all this chaos, to have a paid organiser subscription ? I was imagining everyone was in the same boat.
